Ordering Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Java Catering. We look forward to serving you and your party members. At Java Catering we will make every effort to ensure that your event is arranged and organized according to your group’s specifications.

We have a variety of food and beverage options available for morning, lunch, afternoon, and evening events. We will deliver and set up your catering in your office or meeting room so you and your guests can enjoy a worry-free business day.

Below are guidelines to help plan your event, as well as delivery information, fees, and cancellations.

Ordering
• We request that orders be submitted seven days prior to your event for planning and preparation; however, we are able to accept orders up to 24 hours prior to your event.
• If an order is placed on the same day (within 24 hours) of the event, a $20 ordering fee will be assessed and menu options may be limited
• Orders cannot be accepted after noon for a next-day event.


Delivery
• Our regular delivery hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Deliveries beyond these hours will be assessed an additional $40 delivery charge.
• All of our deliveries are made in 30-minute increments. Please allow access to the building and the room at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event for delivery and setup. Java Catering will not issue credit due to inaccessibility to the event location.
• All deliveries include complete disposable service ware, condiments, and setup. While Java Catering is not responsible for cleanup of delivery events, we may have to return to pick up non-disposable items.


Fees
• Deliveries requiring additional staffing for setup or service may be assessed an additional $40 per staff member per hour at the discretion of Java Catering.
• Orders under $100 will be assessed at $15 delivery fee.
• Orders over $400 will be assessed a fee of 18 percent of the total bill.
